PETG stringing only during long travel moves

Retraction towers look clean, but real parts still get fine strings across long open moves. Before pushing retraction higher, would you lower temperature, increase travel speed, or look at filament moisture first?

Moisture first for PETG. Long travels expose wispy ooze that a tiny retraction tower can hide. If drying changes nothing, I would then try 5-10 C cooler before adding much more retraction.
