When do you actually replace a brass nozzle?

I normally wait for obvious extrusion problems, but dimensional accuracy seems to drift long before a nozzle looks visibly worn. Curious what signs people use before swapping one.

I replace brass when a known-good profile starts needing extra flow or when small holes/walls measure consistently oversize. Abrasive filament accelerates it massively, of course.
