Random zits on otherwise clean vase-mode walls
Vase mode removes seams from the equation, but I still get a few isolated pimples on the wall. Filament is dry and the STL is smooth. What would you investigate next?

If it is true vase mode, look for momentary extrusion/temperature instability and SD/network pauses. A tiny hiccup in motion can leave a visible deposit even with no seam.
